Kumo Gin Mignonette is a salted cantaloupe variant of Gin Mignonette.  Some have referred to it as Super Gin Mignonette.   Gin Mignonette is a savory gin designed to be made into a martini and paired with oysters.  Kumo Gin Mignonette takes a step further and is inspired by the Kumamoto oyster.  This small, deep pocket oyster has a distinct briney melon flavor.  

We sourced several hundred pounds of sugarcube cantaloupes from Love is Love Farm.  These cantaloupes were macerated and distilled as part of the gin botanical build of Gin Mignonette. Sea salt was added to the proofing water to really make this gin pop!
